I’ve just spent a week on a gastronomic tour of Andalucía (or at least that’s what it felt like) and the award for the ultimate foodie highlight has to be handed to Heladeria La Fiorentina in Seville. This ice-cream parlor bases its most inventive flavours on the city’s most prominent scents, from crema de flor de azahar (cream of orange blossom) to dulce de cherimoya (custard apple). Buen provecho!
