Sour dough pizza with mozzarella, roasted aubergine and rocket.
Yesterday lunchtime, myself and a group of friends visited Franco Manca in Brixton Village for lunch. To our surprise, they presented us all with Valentine's Day themed, heart-shaped pizzas. The sour dough pizzas are as gastronically pleasing as they are aesthetically. However, make sure you go there early to avoid the snaking queues out of the market!
