T-Shirt and Tails Joins Pinterest's UK Launch

Pinterest Pin It Forward UK Badge

Forget the release of the much anticipated release of Baz Luhrmann’s The Great Gatsby, the Cannes Film Festival, the news of J. Crew’s first UK store and Beyoncé’s rumoured pregnancy, this week belongs to something else...Pinterest are launching in the UK!

At T-Shirt and Tails, I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside the Pinterest team on their exclusive UK launch. This has involved some not so secret pinning as part of their Pin It Forward UK campaign.

The Pin It Forward UK campaign is an announcement to all UK Pinterest fiends that there is now a dedicated UK Pinterest for all your needs, wants and desires. The launch will be seamless and completely unrecognisable should you go on the social media channel. However, through geotagging and IP addresses, Pinterest will see that you are pinning from the UK and will provide you with UK-specific content.

In true Pinterest form, they have reached out to select bloggers to form an altruistic campaign entitled Pin It Forward UK. This provides bloggers with the opportunity to reach out to their readers to share the announcement and also to reach out to fellow influencers in a ‘Pay It Forward’ initiative. I’d personally like to take the opportunity to Pay It Forward to Bridey Rae and her fantastic Pinboards.

Also, stay tuned to T-Shirt and Tails Pinterest page to see all my latest Pinboards, including my latest road trip holiday inspiration and the Scandivanian design pinboard for my new home. If you're not already on Pinterest then register here.
